took this photo when we visited E&O Hotel to interview one of the managers for a marketing project. one of my favorite places in penang, it's a 100 suite boutique hotel. it is the oldest in penang (i think) dating back to 1885! they managed to preserve its colonial character and they still have the original elevator, which they said was the first in southeast asia. it still works and i got to ride it
